Coffee bags with flap and zip lock

Coffee bags with flap and zip lock are made of multilayer polymer films such as BOPP, PP, PE, PET, CPP, ORR, PEV, AL, MOPP, VMPET with a thickness of one side from 50 to 100 microns. It is also possible to add a metallized layer.

The coffee bag is a bag with 8 seams: 4 seams on the side edges and 4 seams on the bottom. It has a rigid stable shape with a flat bottom. The zipper closure makes this type of packaging more functional.

Universal Flexible Packaging

Doy-pack (doy-pack or doypack) is a universal flexible and airtight packaging for a wide variety of products - from loose and other food products (coffee, tea, cereals, seeds, snacks, frozen semi-finished products, viscous and liquid substances such as mayonnaise, etc.) to household and automotive chemicals, various fertilizers and soils, cosmetics.

It is a five-seam bag with a flat bottom, thanks to which the doy-pack can stand vertically. This is convenient for placing products on the shelves of the store, as well as to prevent the packaged goods from falling out of the package.

Customization Options

The versatility of doy-pack packaging is noted by many packaging companies. Depending on the company's equipment with packaging machines of different complexity, the doy-pack can be modified:

Have a square or round bottom, as well as a bottom with rounded edges
Have a transparent window on the front part for product demonstration
Have special notches for easy opening
Have an oval handle or holes for three fingers (allows the buyer to carry the package comfortably without additional bags and pouches)
Have rounded corners
Include additional valves and dispensers in the center or on the side

What are doy-packs made of?

BOPP, PP, PE, PET, CPP, ORR, PEV, AL, MOPP, VMPET are most commonly used as the material for doy-packs. The packaging can have one to several layers or one or different materials. The most popular version of a doy-pack is a two-layer bag, where the inner layer is made of polyethylene for strength and the outer layer is made of lavsan or polypropylene. These materials are perfect for applying a bright image and branding the package.

The number of layers, materials and additional options in the manufacture of doy-pack directly depend on the physical properties and storage requirements of packaged products.

Almost all doy-pack materials are chemically inactive, which means that they can be used for food packaging as well.
